how to find it:
Exit Sloane Square tube and turn right. Walk past the Royal Court Theatre and turn right down Cliveden Place. From Cliveden Place, the first main road on your left is Eaton Terrace where you'll find The Antelope.

As with many a pub in this part of town, there's an air of gentility about the place, what with the wooden interior and the photos of the pub cricket team. It's also a bit cosier than your run of the mill pubs, with an open fire in the back for those cold, dark evenings. For those in need of a little privacy, there are some booths and large sofas tucked away in the corners. If you're just after a reasonable pint, four well-kept Fuller's ales are available, with seasonal variations. A good cross-section of locals and an inexpensive, if slightly eccentric menu (when was the last time you saw beans on toast on a pub's menu?) make this one to seek out if you are in the area. And it's rather more down-to-earth than its location may suggest.
