Walk along the Euston Road (towards Kings X) until you reach the Shaw Plaza Hotel. Mabledon Place is opposite and Mabel's is 1 block down. Do the reverse from King's Cross.

picture of Mabels TavernA rather average pub which could be so much better. The range of beers has improved since the Shepherd Neame takeover, but the rest of the pub has remained much the same. The food is fairly average and therefore rather expensive. This pub has no real atmosphere and can get crowded at lunchtimes but it's not a bad place to get a decent drink.
