picture of Admiral DuncanThe Admiral has changed beyond recognition since the bomb in April 1999 that ripped through the old pub and killed three people. It's now clean, camp and trendy, and extremely popular in the evenings. Still, it does reasonable beer, good dance music on the box, and friendly staff and clientele. It's pretty tolerant most of the time, but there are bouncers on the door most nights with an, understandable, case of paranoia.
