how to find it:
Knightsbridge: Take the Harrods exit from the station turn left down Brompton Road. Turn left when you get to Beauchamp Place and the pub is about 50 meters down on the right. If you take the Sloane Square Harrods exit, turn left out of the station again and turn left down Brompton Road. Continue on past Harrods and turn left into Beauchamp Place. South Kensington: Take the Thurloe Street exit and head up Exhibition Road toward the museums. Turn right into Thurloe Place and carry on until it joins Brompton Road. Head up Brompton Road (bear left on it) towards Harrods. Turn right into Beauchamp Place and the pub is about 50 meters down on the right

A rather standard pub with a very swish address, you're going to get a surprise if you're expecting something as high class as the shops which surround it. The oil paintings on the wall seem a rather desperate attempt to raise the tone, but they really aren't fooling anybody. We could say that the TVs fulfil a need if you need to catch up with the game but this really isn't a pub you'll be making a detour to visit. Sure, the leather sofas are comfy but there's just something too transitory about this one.
