how to find it:

Leave the tube and head up Blackfriars road (away from the river) towards Ludgate circus. Turn left into Fleet Street and walk along it until you get to Whitefriars Street (3rd left). Turn down the street and the pub is a little way down the hill on your left.

picture of Coach and HorsesAnother lively pub in this area, it's a bit bright and brash compared to some of the seasoned veterans in the area, but nevertheless it's OK. A conventional range of beers with pretty decent Guinness, friendly service and a typical pub grub menu completes the bill of fare. Upstairs there is a room with two pool tables, to satisfy the hustlers amongst us.
