Camden has something for everyone and the Elephant's Head is certainly no exception. This one, for all it's sins, attracts the Rockabilly crowd, with a more than a smattering of Ska and Goth fans thrown in. Testament to this is the Saturday Rockabilly night. Continually packed in the evening, your best bet is to head to the back where you might get a seat, if you're lucky. It's not cheap and people don't come here to eat, but the service is good. Intimidating for the uninitiated, the music is loud and raucous - like the clientele - and this pub is recommended if only for it's resolute individuality.
