This little place is probably the closest you'll get in the UK to one of those little bars you get in every French town. It's the sort of place you pop in to meet your friends on the way to somewhere else. There's a tiny bar in the corner, a few seats at the bar, a few other tables and chairs and assorted signed pictures of stars covering the walls. The sides open up and there a few tables and chairs outside. (Much like every other place in the area). The emphasis is overwhelmingly on Guinness (still OK by us) but you can get other drink and there's a big pool table downstairs. If it's not crowded, it's pretty OK.
