picture of Goat TavernThe Goat Tavern's been here for a number of years and has managed to retain both its pleasant exterior and golden goat statuette. It was packed out when we stopped for a pint on a Friday evening and in the small downstairs bar, the service waned accordingly but was nonetheless polite. This didn't seem to bother any of its smart customers, though. Fuller's London Pride and Bombardier stand out in an otherwise average range of drinks.
