This little pub has been quenching thirsts and lifting spirits since 1827 when Broughty Ferry was a fishing village. The fishermen have gone, but you will find other seafarers there today; wealthy pleasure craft owners. The walls are decorated with fishing charts and you won't find any foi gras on the menu. But there's almost always a friendly crowd of weathered old gents around the fire with hounds and wellies, sipping ale. Our idea of heaven.
