picture of Three CupsThe Three Cups was one of those pubs which grew on us. Not much to look at from the outside, the inside doesn't initially set the pulse racing either, until you notice the original wood panelling and begin to get adjusted to the cosy ambience. Of the two bars, only the more comfortable right hand 'smoking room' had customers, but they all seemed friendly enough - we even got a smile on the way out. Overall, with a small handful of ales and friendly service, this a quality local's pub.
