how to find it:

Take exit six from Manor House and walk forwards about 20 yards past the small parade of (mainly takeaway) shops. The Finsbury is on the corner of Woodberry Grove.

sorry no picture of this pubThe Finsbury has been on our hit list for a quite a while without really tempting us to pop in. It seems fine inside, though with regards to a decent beer selection it isn't really at the races, which coincidentally is the name of the TV station playing on our visit. There are plenty of screens which should make it a decent venue for big games, or for alternative entertainment there are three pool tables at the back. As the closest pub to Manor House it would make a useful meeting point near the tube, but there are better options a short walk away.
