sorry no picture of this pubIts not particularly easy to review a pub when you're the only punters inside, but as far as things go, we enjoyed a most pleasurable Saturday afternoon drink in here. There's a non-corporate feel to the place, at least one ale on tap and the best pub garden in the whole area by a long chalk. The service was attentive (which you'd hope, considering) as well as friendly. As we were leaving we saw a trio of young gel-haired geezers arriving, all of whom were on friendly terms with the barmaid and clearly regulars. As such, we can't vouch for what the atmosphere is like on a weekend evening, but for a sunny afternoon its just fantastic. So for the time being a two pint rating, but another trip here might change that.
