From High Street Kensington, exit left and walk for a few minutes until you reach Earls Court Road. Turn left and the Princess Victoria is a minute or so down on the left.

picture of Princess VictoriaIn an area filled now almost exclusively with upmarket pubs, the Princess Victoria is either a welcome refuge or a tired old boozer, depending on your point of view. Older locals and geezerish post office workers from across the road are the main clientele, both of whom are we suspect are not the least bit interested in the refurbished but dour and unimaginative interior. You'll find a lone pump selling mediocre Courage bitter and a couple of TV screens to satiate the punter's need for a sports fix. Unless you prefer your pubs as described above, try one of the many other good pubs nearby.
