how to find it:

Not really near a tube, but Denmark Hill train station is relatively near. Plenty of bus routes to Camberwell though. Our advice is go to Oval tube and get either 36, 185, 436 from there. Keep an eye out for the pub on the left during the approach to Camberwell. The 35 and 45 go from Brixton, too.

picture of Old DispensaryRejuvenated and back on its feet, the Old Dispensary is open for business again. Its last incarnation was all shiny glass surfaces, though we sense the new version will be of a more Irish hue. Either way, we'll endeavour to get down there soon to see what it's like.
