picture of BonapartesIf you go to Charing Cross mainline station you're spoilt for choice these days with not one but two pubs. We say 'spoilt', but we're lying. Obviously, being honest, concourse pubs are never destinations to seek out. The one thing to say in its favour is that its not Boadicea (over by platform 1), playing the role of a tiny All Bar One, in contrast to Boadicea's equivalent of a grimy local's dive. You can sit outside to watch the commuters rush by and it serves snacks and pints, but there's not much more to say about it.
