'Living it & Loving it', says the rather enthusiastic Belushi's of Camden, setting itself the kind of ambitiously high benchmark which often pre-empts a greater fall. Ostensibly a bar for St. Christopher's hostel, it aims squarely at our young Antipodean friends. However, they're not the only ones to enjoy the delights on offer, as the young, not particularly hip Londoners who come here could testify. Split into two sections, one fairly comfortable, the other less so, its designed to accommodate the weekend's late license club and is ultimately reminiscent of a youth centre. There's a veritable head-spinning banquet of attention-grabbing things to entertain - cheap food, 2-for-1 drinks, a niche interest 'North American sports network night' and even an open mike slot. None of this is awful and (almost despite itself) the atmosphere could be worse, but it's probably not the place for a quiet drink with an aged relative.
