picture of Stags HeadAlthough it might look somewhat grim on the outside to some people, inside you'll find a decent pub with a panelled 30's style interior. There's Pride on the hand pumps accompanied by a reasonable, but average range of booze to cater for other tastes. It's pleasant, comfy and not usually overcrowded, all in all, a handy after work pub and a shopper's retreat.
