The Adelaide is a bright and breezy pub which attracts a fair few Antipodeans, along with a smattering of both older geezers and the less down to earth preening types - bang in between the heady environs of Primrose Hill and the less salubrious council towers across the road, you can never be sure who will be in. It's a spacious pub, with high ceilings and plenty of seating, including a very nice Middle Eastern style conservatory. The pub garden is also pretty big and the rusting barbecue in the corner alluded to possibilities of al fresco eating in the Summer months. Until then, the Thai menu will have to suffice. A variety of events also take place upstairs, while DJs make weekend appearances. Not a bad place at all and worth the trip down from Chalk Farm if you're in the mood.
