From Camden Road train station (Silverlink) it's over the road. From Camden Town tube, walk up Camden Road, past the Sainsbury's and it's on the right after a 5 minute walk.

The Grand Union group has launched several venues since this one replaced the Mac Bar in 2006, with its vision to create a Classic Burger Bar & Cocktail Lounge.' The original certainly looks impressive and makes good use of the space, successfully creating a different feel in each room, but unfortunately our experiences haven't matched up to the well-designed shabby chic' surroundings. The first shock came when we bought a pint of Baltika -- asking for the price to be repeated amid fears we'd missed several increases in alcohol duty from the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Then there was nowhere inside to sit as the majority of the seats were reserved on a Friday night. Perhaps we've been unlucky, but it did force us to sit outside, which at least gave respite from the ever so slightly too loud music.
