picture of The FalconGiven the leather furnishings of the relaunched Clapham North, the Falcon's bare floors and wooden chairs suddenly have a feel of last season to them. Allied to the fact that the food here is Thai (rather than the latest Gastro trends) and you could make a case for this being a pub out of step with changing bar trends. That's probably the reason why we've got a soft spot for it: as it's not chasing punters after the latest thing it has a settled and relaxed feel. Real ale fans won't be beating a path to its front door but otherwise this one seems a decent enough fixture on the Clapham drinking scene.
