how to find it:
From Orpington Station take any bus down to the high street and get off after the second roundabout. Chislehurst road will be your second left and the pub is just up that hill.

Possibly Orpington's only central pub with any remaining character. It's just down a back street off the high street of Orpington high street but you'd have to be looking for it to find it. It's quite small, busy, a little on the tatty side I have to point out, but it's quite unique inside and you'll notice the cricket memorabilia around. They have a good range of bitters and at good prices, being a genuine free house.This pub has one major downfall, even though there is a whole special non-smoking games type area, with games machines and table football, which has obviously been set up especially for kids, you'll still find the main area is swarming with them.
