how to find it:

Rotherhithe: leave tube turn left and head to the river, follow the road around for about 15 minutes and you'll come to on your left. On your left. Surrey Quays: leave the station and head down Redriff Road, walk for about 10 minutes or so and you'll get to the junction with Rotherhithe Street on the right, turn down Rotherhithe Street and follow it round for a while until you see the hotel your right.

picture of Hilton Hotel (Rotherhithe)We don't do hotels very often, but you can get pints in them and when they've got views like this, you'd think it might be worth a visit. However a £7 plus bar bill for a half of bitter and a vodka and tonic reminded us why we don't usually visit such places (and we didn't even get any peanuts). We suppose it's handy if you're meeting someone who're staying here and you fancy a late night pint. Nice surroundings and you can even get here by ferry, but you're really made to pay for them.
