On our visit, a graffito reading 'Prozac' scratched into the bar notwithstanding, the answer to this question was clear: no-one, which seems about right. Some evenings, presumably to drag in some punters, they have a "gentleman's show", believed to bear no relation to the acclaimed Odessan slapstick entertainers of that name They also threaten occasional karaoke and disco sessions. Perhaps they alleviate the gloom and down-at-heelness, perhaps they just contribute to it.
