Given its name, this pub has an unsurprising rustic theme, which includes such things as bar stools made from tractor seats. All of this is a little surprising however given its solidly urban location. The beer is average, but the ambience is relaxed, clientele mixed and it's down-to-earth nature can come as a welcome relief from some of the more pretentious of the bars and eateries of Upper Street. There's no Eurasian menu here, just pie and chips at lunchtime and sarnies in cling film for the evenings - excellent.
