picture of The TelegraphInstalled in one of a bunch of buildings, arranged according to a medieval street plan, this "modern" bar is where Fuller's take on All Bar One, head-to-head. The ales, beers, wines, staff and clientele are slightly more upmarket, than those of its rivals, and it must be said, so are the prices. The atmosphere is correspondingly more refined, but not overly appealing. If you're looking for a modern take on the City wine bars of old, this might be for you and as to who's winning the bar wars - only time will tell.
