Camden Town: exit the tube and turn left and double back up Camden Road passing the Sainsbury's. Just at Camden Road BR station turn right down Royal College Street, then left along Randolph Street.

picture of The Camden ArmsHaving been refurbished a while ago now, it has to be said The Camden Arms does the gastropub job pretty well. It's a bit of a walk out of the town and there isn't really much else around it so it definitely stands out and is quite inviting when you come across it, and quite welcoming inside. It's modern, but stylish and pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxed, the DJ music is chilled, it's not too crowded even on a weekend and the clientele are friendly. The food is quite good, so is the service, although it is all on the pricey side. It's really not a bad place.
