A Victorian pub with some nice touches of interior detail, the Drayton Arms was one of the first M&B unbranded pubs, and still sticks to the mission statement of a bar stocked with a range of continental beers and wines, and a pub interior packed with as many contrasting forms of furniture as possible. Upon them you'll find a mostly young clientele (who've been on our visits here rather laid back and relaxed rather than achingly stylish trendsetters). Enough goodies behind the bar to cover all tastes and if you're after entertainment, it comes in the form of DJs on Friday nights. Not a bad pub for the area, this one.
