Perhaps not as stately as the Regency architecture which surrounds it, this is still quite a cosy little boozer with a pleasant air. It attracts strong support from the local rugby club even though the small interior doesn't suggest it's a venue for rugger bugger exploits. There's an emphasis on sports coverage and the homely food hits the spot. If the sight of too many joggers in Regent's Park is driving you to drink, this one is a handy port of call.
