From Carshalton BR, turn right down the path to West Street. Turn left and keep walking down West Street until you reach the main road (Pound Street). Turn left and walk along past the Greyhound Hotel. The pub will be on your right just past the church.

picture of The WoodmanAverage little pub overlooking the ponds at Carshalton. Nothing out of the ordinary in the beer and food on offer. We found the staff to be attentive and the atmosphere to be slightly less manic than some of the other pubs nearby. Looks a small pub on entrance but there's another room at the side if you're after a bit more space.
