Turn right out of Barbican station and then right at the lights. Walk along Long Lane until you almost get to Smithfield Market. The pub is in the alleyway on the left.

Unlike other nearby establishments popular with besuited chaps, this pub seems to attract an interesting mix of regulars. Its a comfortable place with darts and fruit machines up at one end, courteous service and a Tuesday quiz night. With well priced, well-kept Sam Smith's beers, its a good pub if you happen by, and also one of the few places open at weekends in Smithfield.
