picture of Moon and StarsAnother cavernous Wetherspoon pub, the Moon and Stars was packed when we dropped in on a Sunday afternoon. The wide age range of people drinking here gave the place a strange atmosphere, something like a community centre for those interested in cheap drink. There was a good choice of beer on offer, and plenty of low-price meals available, which sums up the success of this pub chain. One of your best bets in a dire area for drinking.
