This rather cavernous pub has, unfortunately, been given the stripped out treatment. It's too close to Victoria for a quiet drink, as the (mostly) transient population are a rowdy lot. It's clean, fairly easy to locate if you need to meet someone and it has the usual suspects available on the bar. Surprisingly, the beer was somewhat interesting for what looks like a bottled lager & white wine bar, with Theakston's XB next to the London Pride. Unfortunately, the XB was finished, but the Pride was pretty well kept. Not sure about the menu - sort of pubbe nouveau: moules & frites or steak & kidney pudding? Weird.
