how to find it:

From Chancery Lane: Take the Leather Lane exit and carry on until you reach Leather Lane and turn left. The pub is about 150 meters ahead on the right. From Farringdon: turn right out of the station and cross Farringdon Road into Greville Street. Head up the hill and across Hatton Garden. The pub is just ahead on the left corner.

picture of King of DiamondsThis used to be a traditional (if grotty) boozer, but it's been refurbed within an inch of its life. It's become a weird mixture of stripped floors, dance music on the box, decent beers including Hoegaarden, Leffe, Staropramen and a selection of Belgian beers in bottles. A recent addition is a Friday afternoon barbecue - as good a reason for not going back to work as any!
