how to find it:

Leave the tube station and head away from the dome back towards Charlton. The Pilot Inn is signposted, but if you pick the wrong route you could easily miss it. We have.

picture of Pilot InnA lovely old pub that only narrowly missed being demolished to make way for the Greenwich Peninsula revitalisation. It's got something for everybody, good beer, an enormous range of food, a bit of history (the pub, and the terrace it sits in, are just about the only old bits left in these parts), beer garden, TV - the lot. Cheerful, well kept and just far enough from the o2 to escape the attentions of stray Take That fans - phew.
