Knightsbridge abounds in out-of-the-way pubs and this one is no exception. However, given this one is more bar and restaurant than pub, this is one of the few in this wealthy area where you feel out of place if you're not dressed the right way. Nevertheless, the Bombardier and Marston's Pedigree did the business, andthe open fire and low-level lighting where spot on. Shame then that the vibes from the staff and punters weren't as warm and welcoming as those coming from the pub itself. However, the food looked intriguing, so if you're wanting to splash out in style, but want a beer beforehand, this may be the one for you.
