Having walked down to Anerley Road, turn right and walk up the hill to the roundabout. Cross over the road and head down Anerley Hill - the pub is further down on your left.

picture of Royal AlbertNot too long ago, we'd have said the Royal Albert was one of the better pubs in the Crystal Palace area. However, the sprucing up of some of the competition has left this one trailing a bit in their wake. Still, if what you're after is a straightforward pub with plenty of room inside, then this one may well do the trick.
