how to find it:

From Southwark: turn left out of the tube and head up Blackfriars road, When you get the junction with Stamford Street and Southwark Street, you'll spot the pub on your left. Blackfriars: leave the station and head over Blackfriars Bridge. When you get to the traffic lights you'll see the pub across the road on your right.

picture of Mad Hatter Hotel The Fuller's Ale and Pie formula, works very nicely here in one of their central London hotels. It's a grand and interesting looking building, complemented inside with Fuller's trademark Ale & Pie wood panel and glass interiors. As you'd expect, the beer is Fuller's own excellent and well-kept range (usually all the regulars, plus seasonal beers), with a decent wine list if you're not in the mood for ale and the now famous Ale & Pie menu, should you be feeling peckish. The service is good - prompt, friendly and attentive and there's plenty of space in which to enjoy your refreshment. It's a popular refuelling stop for tourists and local office workers alike and in a handy location, if you're just south of the River. It's well worth a visit.
