picture of The Wellington at WaterlooThere aren't many pubs near any railway stations that we would recommend and this, unfortunately isn't one of them either. If you like the idea of drinking in a bright, barn sized place, this is the one for you. It is a giant pub - about the equivalent of four normal pubs - with pretty average fayre and illuminated in that special, extra, extra bright, way that makes you feel like you're pissed before you've even started. If you're desperate for a pint and, time is short before the train departs, then it's handy.
