Latest news is that the pub is to be shut down and turned into flats! Music to the ears of the locals apparently. Get in there for lunch/dinner on Monday -50% OFF!

Really didn't like this pub. Bar staff whilst not rude were also incapable of a please or thank you between them. Too dark to read. But what really annoys me is their menu includes the infamous line "We will add an optional 10% service charge to your bill"!!! That is disgraceful in restaurants and absolutely not appropriate for a pub.

WATCH THIS SPACE! Word is that this has been taken over by the owners of E&O and Eight Over Eight. About time someone took this pub by the scruff of its neck. Currently a very poor neighbour to The Academy and Ladbroke Arms. Even better news is that The Earl of Zetland at the end of Princedale Road is also gearing up to re-open (formerly The Tuscan). Should create a pleasant pub crawl in the backstreets of Holland Park!
