This pub appears to have improved. There are 5 ales on tap (4 Brodies, an East London brewery), and the staff seem perfectly pleasant and seem to remember a face even though I've only been a couple of times. The Sunday roast looked particularly tidy (and cheap), as well.

What a shame this pub employs the rudest bar staff I have come across in a while. Customer service is non-existent, which considering the current economic climate is essential. Otherwise a charming environment.
