This pub has now closed.
I haven't been there for a few months but it was utterly grim last time. It was good a few years ago but then the landlady moved (to the Surprise, SW8). Just goes to to show how the licencee can make or break a pub.
What's missing is that the Bedford Park has a club/gig space upstairs which is now being utilised. Add to that that there is a small recording studio downstairs for local bands. The management are in the process of giving the venue a facelift inside and are now pulling in customers from all over London.
